‘Tis the season! For sledding! (And pushing the sled! ((( read on…)

A good strong push aka works an incredible amount of the body. Feel how and you are after doing it? Well that’s because of science-and not necessarily your level of (or self-perceived lack thereof)
the sled is essentially an alternating mobile leg press pattern, which brings in upper body engagement (arms, scapula and more) and big time core work while working nearly all of in the lower body.

Fun fact-working all those elements together also creates Central Nervous System ( )shock which has a tremendous pay-off. So put on some bells and push that sled. Tis the season after all:)

Why not and at the same time?

Here is an exercise that will BLAST your while working your and .
You’ll
A. Feel cool doing it (or at least a lot cooler than tou would doingntour boring / typical crunch.
B. Attack your from a bunch of angles ( o’clock !)
C. Give you lower back a rest (the decompression also feels nice).

The Primary mover is (shoulder) and arms, though the unstable environment of the split squat stance, as well as the asymmetrical load distribution of the overhead press aka )makes one use their ankle stabilizers, thighs, hip stabilizers and (now say all that 5 times really fast:))

It's tempting to look at someone (be it at their body, or career or a relationship they have with a loved one) and think that it happened overnight.
What we typically don't see is the countless times that they fell down and got back up. The amount of times they almost quit trying to get to where they are.
The tears, the heartache and the disappointment that they had to overcome in order to appear in front of you the way that they are today. Be it your or the business you are trying to build: don't give up, have patience and know that anyone who has ever accomplished anything truly significant has dealt with doubt, frustration and countless setbacks.
Keep , remind yourself you are trying AND remind yourself of how far you have come! ( )

Oh ya, and arguably most importantly: remember to and for all your and !

IF you want to experience LESS in your life you should do the following:
A. Look at Instagram and Facebook posts of those who are "Crushing it" and compare yourself to them.
B. Compare yourself to random people at the who have the kind of that you would like to have.
C. Ask yourself why you are not making as much money as your friend who does the same thing for a living as you do, yet makes 10K more.
D. All of the above

We won't answer this one because we think you can handle it:)
We're huge fans of here and we want to thank her for bringing so many wonderful quotes to our minds in recent times.
"Comparison is the thief of Joy." Dare we say that this is as true as the fact that all humans need to consume water in order to live?
Even if this is not quite as black and white, we too think that the only person you should ever compare yourself to is... yourself. And when you do that, please remember to be gentle with yourself!

There is always an answer as to why you are not where you want to be (whether in your / or anywhere else in ) and we can assure you that It does NOT lie in comparing yourself to the other person (well technically it can be, but we will save that for another post).

In short:

and you will be much and more frequently.
for what you do have and yourself on the you HAVE made! You want to have more? ( or money or friends or whatever...that's all totally cool and you can put in the work and get more). But remember to and for all the you have put in so far! The inner you will thank you and you will be much more at and about it and everything else:)

Regardless of what you are trying to   (be it   or increase your max  ) or anything else in life that has nothing to do ...

Regardless of what you are trying to (be it or increase your max ) or anything else in life that has nothing to do with your , is key and arguably . 
Think about it: our lives represent the sum of all of our choices. If I decide, and then stick to a plan,  (for instance) to save 3 dollars a day for the next 365 days, after all is said and done (if I stick to my plan PERFECTLY) I would have saved $1095. If I miss "some days" (say 65 days) I would have still saved $900 dollars! That's arguably a lot more than zero dollars saved! 
Similarly, if one commits to and 3 days a week for the next year you can bet anything (provided one is either pushing themselves or is being pushed by a ) you can bet anything that they would have improved their substantially even if they "only" kept "most" (say 80-90 percent) of their workouts. One is far better off sticking to a  "reasonably " fitness and plan/schedule for the next 12 months than say "being for 3 months and then stopping abruptly and indefinitely (only to see all or most of their :) ) disappear. 

Note: this is not a post about being perfect (because that is not real or ). This is more of an appeal to a change in and and arriving at a plan that is for you (whether you alone or with a ) and then sticking to it (as much as you can). If something in said plan isn't working, it's totally OK to change the plan. It is also totally OK to NOT (as none of us are) in ex*****on of said plan.

In short (unless of course the race is literal and the 1st person to the finish line is the winner - in which case this doesn't apply).
