Last week I was in Saint Paul MN for a Chapter Volunteer Orientation Program sponsored by American Massage Therapy Association - AMTA! It was amazing to be with over 100 people representing 49 states! The key takeaways for me : even when I’m not wearing my AMTA Massachusetts Chapter “hat”, I’m representing the AMTA; and the difference between listening and hearing.

Dr. Heather Ashley Hayes was our keynote speaker and facilitator of one of our sessions. I can’t wait for her Ted Talk to come out this month!
