If you want the benefits of MFR, you have to actually do the MFR.
Not when you have a full hour.
Not when life slows down.
Not when everything feels perfect.
Just a few minutes.
Right where you are.
Your shoulders, hips, back, and nervous system don’t care if it’s a full class or 5 minutes on the floor with a ball. They just care that you showed up.
Consistency beats the “perfect time” every single time.
