It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Roger L. Dreyling of Monroe Township, New Jersey, who departed this life on April 11, 2026. Born in New Brunswick, NJ on February 5, 1942, Roger was a reliable pillar of his community, a dedicated family man, and a life-long resident of the Jamesburg and Monroe Twp. community.

Roger was the proud owner of William Kerwin Real Estate and Insurance Agency in Jamesburg, NJ from 1976 to 1995 and served as the President of the Middlesex County Multiple Listing System. He showed his deep commitment to his community through his 50 years of service as the President of the Fernwood Cemetery Association.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 4:00 pm at Lester Memorial Home, 16 West Church Street, Jamesburg, New Jersey, 08831. A service in honor of Roger will be held on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 10:00 am at the Presbyterian Church of Jamesburg, 175 Gatzmer Avenue, Jamesburg, New Jersey, 08831. Burial will follow at 11:15 am at the Fernwood Cemetery, Forsgate Drive, Jamesburg, New Jersey, 08831.

In Loving Memory of Donald "Wh**ey" Miller. A sad day for many in Jamesburg and the surrounding communities. Rest in Peace. Our prayers to all of the family and friends.

Donald “Wh**ey” Miller passed away on June 15, 2025 at the age of 77. He was born on March 16, 1948 in Huntington, PA. Wh**ey was known for his colorful stories, infectious laughter, and his ability to fix anything with an engine. His love for all things automotive led him to his career as a self-employed auto mechanic and later worked for the Monroe Township School District Transportation Department, where he proudly served until his retirement. Wh**ey’s fascination for speed and machines also extended into his hobbies. He was a stock car racing enthusiast, fan of NASCAR, loved attending classic car shows, and restoring vintage automobiles. As the great Richard Petty once said, “Racing is a matter of spirit not strength,” and Wh**ey lived by this mantra.

His love for his community was reflected in his dedicated service as a volunteer firefighter with the Englishtown Fire Department.

Wh**ey is survived by his loving wife Jackquelyn, his daughter Betty-Jo and her husband David, his son Jeff and wife Jessica, stepdaughter Jamie and her husband Anthony, as well as his siblings David and his wife Debbie, Dennis and his wife Mitzi, Bobby (late wife Sue), Bonnie and her husband Fred, along with his grandchildren Gabby, Austin, Dylan, Maddie, and Melina, and his beloved mother in-law Eleanor. Wh**ey leaves behind many loving in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He was loved by all who knew him.
Wh**ey now joins his parents, John and Betty Miller in eternal rest.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19, 2025, at 4:00 pm at Lester Memorial Home, 16 West Church Street, Jamesburg, New Jersey, 08831. A second visitation will occur on Friday, June 20, 2025, at 10:00 am followed by a funeral service at 11:00 am. Interment with military honors will take place at Fernwood Cemetery, Forsgate Drive, Jamesburg, New Jersey, 08831, at 12:00 pm.

“A New Chapter of Service and Compassion”

I am humbled and excited to announce that as of December 24, 2024 I have officially taken the next step in my journey as a Funeral Director by becoming the proud owner of Lester Memorial Home in Jamesburg, NJ.

For years, Lester Memorial Home has been a landmark and cornerstone of the Jamesburg and Monroe communities, offering care, compassion, and guidance during life’s most difficult moments. I am honored to carry on the Lester Family Legacy while introducing new ways to serve our families with the dignity and respect they deserve.

To the families we’ve served in the past: Thank you for trusting us with your most sacred moments. To the community: I look forward to continuing to support you and uphold the traditions of service taught to Greg and David by their beloved father, Stanley Lester. The Lester Family legacy has made this funeral home a place of comfort and peace and I will carry that with me always. This is not just a business to me; it’s a calling to serve, to comfort, and to ensure that every life is celebrated with care.

Thank you for your support as we enter this exciting new chapter. My door is always open to those who need assistance, have questions, or simply wish to say hello and introduce themselves. I’ve been a Licensed Funeral Director for over 22 years and I look forward to continuing my services to families while carrying on a family legacy. I would like to thank my family and loved ones who have supported me through this journey.
