My client came in today needing deeper therapeutic work. He works out daily, so his muscles are dense, developed, and tend to hold onto deeper adhesions. I used a combination of therapeutic cupping, professional percussion therapy (massage gun), and targeted stretching to lift, decompress, and break up tension through multiple layers of tissue. His body responds best to a higher level of pressure and movement, and this combination worked perfectly for him. He felt a major difference in just one session. 🫡
