✨ Battle of the Businesses – Day 1 Recap! ✨

Yesterday, September 7th, our team kicked off the competition with golf ⛳️ in the morning and bowling 🎳 later in the day. It was a full day of teamwork, laughs, and friendly rivalry — the perfect start to the week!

👉 Tonight, September 8th at 6 PM, we’ll be on the court for co-ed volleyball at the Jamestown YMCA 🏐. Come cheer us on!

Staff Spotlight: Haley Storer 🌟

Meet Haley, one of the many dedicated team members at Spectrum Eyecare!

As an Apprentice Optician, Haley assists patients in finding the perfect pair of glasses that fit their vision needs, style, and comfort. 👓

Outside of work, Haley is enrolled in the National Academy of Opticianry and recently passed her first exam, putting her on the path to becoming a licensed optician. 🎓 She is also a proud mom of two girls, Lily and Quinn, who keep her smiling and busy. 💕

When asked what she loves most about working at Spectrum, Haley shared: “I love how much of a family-like environment we have, and how it is not limited to our staff but our amazing patients as well.”

As a Contact Lens Technician, Camryn helps patients daily by ordering contact lenses and performing special testing to ensure they receive the best care possible.

Outside of work, Camryn enjoys gardening, caring for house plants, and kayaking with her fiancé. 🌱🚣

When asked what she loves most about working at Spectrum, Camryn shared:

👓💪 Big news!! Spectrum Eyecare is joining the 2025 YMCA Battle of the Businesses from Sept 6–13!

Our amazing staff will be trading in exam rooms for team challenges, competing alongside other local businesses in a week full of fun, fitness, and community spirit.

We’re proud to be part of this Jamestown tradition that brings coworkers together outside of work and highlights the importance of teamwork and wellness.
