On Tuesday, August 12, JRMC Hospice is hosting a memorial and tree planting service for anyone wishing to honor and remember loved ones who have passed. This event is open to all community members.

You're welcome to bring a photo for the memory table and share a brief story or memory of your loved one, if you wish.

Today’s historical highlight takes us back to 2001, when JRMC invested in cutting-edge radiology technology — including a multi-slice CT scanner and a DEXA bone density scanner.

At the time, this upgrade was a game-changer for diagnostics in the region. It meant clearer images, faster scans and more accurate diagnoses — all without needing to leave Jamestown.

From these early innovations to today’s advanced imaging services, JRMC has remained committed to bringing the best in medical technology to our community.
