📣 Attention Falconer and surrounding area businesses! We’d Love to Partner With You! ♻️💙

Prevention Works is teaming up with Don't Trash It, Bottle and Can Redemption Center - Falconer NY for our Pop Cans for Prevention bottle-drive, and we’re inviting local businesses to join us!

If your workplace collects bottles or cans, you can support local youth and families just by dropping them off at Don’t Trash It and asking for the donation to go to Prevention Works. No sorting, no counting. Just a simple way to give back to the community.

Together, we can turn recyclables into real impact. Thank you for supporting a healthier, stronger community!

A critical reminder that no amount of ma*****na is safe for young people with developing brains. As ma*****na becomes more accessible, it's more important than ever to understand the risks — especially with va**ng on the rise. 💨🌿
📊 According to the 2019 Monitoring the Future survey:
🔹 1 in 5 high school seniors reported va**ng ma*****na in the past year.
🔹 Past-month ma*****na va**ng among 12th graders nearly doubled in just one year (from 7.5% to 14%).
🔹 Daily use is rising too, with 3.5% of 12th graders va**ng ma*****na every day.
Why it matters: THC va**ng often delivers higher, more concentrated doses that can impact memory, decision-making, and emotional regulation in the still-developing teen brain. These aren't just harmless clouds — they’re altering the path of our youth’s futures.
We’ve made progress reducing other drug use. Let’s not lose ground to va**ng. 💥 Knowledge is power. Talk to the young people in your life.
