May is Mental Health Awareness Month, a time to recognize the importance of emotional wellness and access to compassionate mental health care.

In honor of this month, it is our pleasure to introduce Daryle Yount, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, who has joined our Wellness Center team! Daryle brings extensive experience providing mental health services to local youth ages 11 and older, as well as adults within our community.

This month serves as an important reminder that support is available; healing is possible, and no one has to face their struggles alone.

If you need to connect with one of our mental health providers, please call our Wellness Center at (209)782-6446 to learn more about available services and scheduling options.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, please call 911 or 988 immediately for support.

May 5 | National Day of Awareness for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women & Girls

Today we honor and remember Indigenous women, girls, and relatives who are missing or have been taken by violence. This crisis continues to impact Native communities at disproportionate rates.

Denim Day is today.
Take a stand.
We’re using today to elevate survivor voices and continue important conversations around consent and respect.
What someone wears is never an excuse—consent is the only thing that matters.
Join us in showing solidarity, starting conversations, and helping break the cycle of silence.
