The Chamber Ambassadors proudly presented the July Customer Service Award to Brandon Guthmiller of Jamestown Plumbing & Heating.

Brandon was nominated for stepping up during a brutally cold night when a family’s boiler quit and their home dropped to 59 degrees. Despite having spent the night working on his own frozen pipes, he answered the call, showed up quickly, and had their heat restored in no time.

That kind of dedication is what this award is all about. We're proud to recognize him for his outstanding service and commitment to this community. Great work, Brandon!
