Today was one of those moments that reminds us exactly why we do this work.
We had the opportunity to sit down with Crown Street Roasting owner Mikayla Certo, alongside our Vice President of Community Outreach Zac Hnatyszyn and the incredible Activity Directors from Comfort Today, Memory Garden, The Magnolia, and Tanglewood Manor.
This wasnβt just a meeting. It was a coming together of people who care deeply about what they do.
We shared our βwhyβs.β We talked about seniors, about community, and about the power of strong teams working toward something bigger than themselves. Our Activity Directors are a massive heartbeat of our buildings, and bringing them to the table ensures that everything we create is intentional, meaningful, and rooted in real relationships with the people we serve.
Together, we began shaping plans to create real, lasting impact for seniors both inside and beyond our walls across Chautauqua County in 2026.
At Culture Care Senior Living, we believe change happens when mission-driven partners and passionate teams align. When people lead with heart, support one another, and stay focused on what truly matters, incredible things follow.
Moments like this build momentum. And momentum is how we strengthen our teams, lift our seniors, and make our communities better for all.
