Culture Care Senior Living is proud to be representing our mission today at the 8th Annual Family, School, and Community Connections Symposium in Brockton.

We’re here throughout the day from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM connecting with educators, families, community leaders, and organizations that are all working toward the same goal: stronger communities and better support systems for the people we serve.

Events like this are a great reminder that when schools, families, and community organizations work together, incredible things can happen. At Culture Care Senior Living, we believe deeply in being present in the community and building those relationships that make a lasting impact.

Today we celebrate the people who make Culture Care Senior Living what it is.

Employee Appreciation Day is a chance to recognize the incredible team members across all of our Culture Care facilities who show up every day with compassion, dedication, and heart. From nursing and aides to dietary, housekeeping, maintenance, administration, activities, and every role in between, it takes an entire team working together to create the environment our residents deserve.

Senior living is not just a job. It is a calling. It means early mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays, and countless moments where kindness, patience, and care make all the difference in someone’s life.

Because of you, our residents feel safe, valued, and truly at home. Because of you, families trust us with the people they love most. Because of you, our mission continues to shine through every smile, every helping hand, and every act of compassion.

A huge shout out to SUNY JCC for having us back for the 2026 Career Fest!

This year, we took home the trophy for “Coolest Jobs”! But the best part of the day was getting to interact with so may young individuals and talk to them about the mission of working in senior care!

When you lead with a strong mission, you can change lives. And we strive to do that each and every day!

Yesterday meant a lot!

The Because of You celebration was more than just a party. It was a real reflection of our mission in action. Serving seniors. Supporting our team. Strengthening our community. All of it was in that room.

When you scroll through these pictures, look at the faces. The smiles. The laughter. The pride. That is what Culture Care is about. Our residents feeling seen and celebrated. Our team showing up with heart. Our community recognizing the impact being made every single day.
