Grief can come in many ways. You could be grieving the loss of a loved one, the loss of a relationship, or loss of physical capacity, just to name a few.
The mind and the body can react in a variety of ways to loss, and generally the more important or significant the loss, the more complications there could be.
Whatever way you have been affected by loss, the Mental Health Association in Chautauqua County can help you through the healing process.
Join us for our Grief Support Group every Tuesday at 9:45am to meet other people who best understand what you are going through.
The MHA is located at 31 Water street, Suite 7, Door 14 in the back of the Gateway Center.
