Hello lovelies. I apologize for the hiatus. It's been a rough couple months and I appreciate everyone being so patient and kind through this hard time. A few things I wanted to update here. After my mother passed away in the beginning of January a lot of things changed. For one I ended up getting out of my lease for my office. So I no longer have office an space. That doesn't mean that I'm not still taking clientele though. I'm willing to come to you as I have a travel table and can bring myself and my stuff to you. I am still working my day job until May when we go on summer break and then will have open availability all summer. If you are interested in a session please feel free to reach out. I have most every weekend available for sessions and can do evening sessions as well. I do still do distance reiki as well if you are not comfortable with in person reiki. Again thank you all for being so kind and patient with me recently. I appreciate you all greatly and I am excited to get back on the horse and back to serving my community. Hello lovelies. I am taking a small break from posting and will not be accepting any clients for a couple weeks. My mother passed away yesterday and I need some time to get into the right head space and be with my family. I appreciate all your understanding and compassion through this time. I didn't forget my sale that I'm doing and when I resume taking clientele and stuff I will continue that sale and honor my word. Again thank you for all your patience through all of this and if you have any questions or concerns feel free to reach out and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

Hello and good morning lovelies! As the new year (and cold and flu season) is upon us, I figured I would share another Reiki fun fact with you today. Did you know that Reiki Healing can help boost your immune system? Here is a small blurb from William Lee Rand's article on Healing Research.

"Another Reiki study done at the Helfgott Research Institute at the National College of Naturopathic Medicine, Portland , Oregon , showed that Reiki has a measurable effect on the immune system. This study examined the effect of Reiki on the white blood cell counts of volunteers who were randomized into three groups—those who received Reiki, those who relaxed, and those who neither received Reiki or relaxation. Blood was drawn for examination before the treatment, immediately after treatment, and four hours after treatment.

The study shows that Reiki enhanced the immune system by increasing the number of white blood cells in those who received Reiki. Because this was a small preliminary study, the results provide the basis for further study of the ability of Reiki to make healthy improvements in those that receive it. Hello lovelies. Have another fun fact for you today although it isn't Reiki related. Today's fun fact is about meditation. Did you know meditation can rewire your brain by building new neurological pathways? Studies show that it actually shrinks the amygdala and can help reduce things like anxiety, stress, and fear? It can also help you connect with others better, lower blood pressure, reduce pain, help your sleep, and improve your memory and focus? Hello lovelies. I hope everyone is having a good week. With the holidays coming up I am doing some promotions in my office. I will do gift certificates and discounts and give back to the community this holiday season. I will also be starting my packs of Reiki along with membership perks. Good morning lovelies. I hope everyone is well and doing good! Sorry I haven't posted in a while. I had a pretty big family emergency, along with an illness going around that has kept me down for a couple weeks. Due to this my business phone has been off, as I can't afford it. Hopefully with things returning to normal I will be able to soon. As for now things are starting to get back to normal so I will be back in the shop hopefully this week. I've also been kicking around the idea of starting a class for wellness. Anyone interested? Comment what you would like to learn about holistic healing.
