Caiden has been working out at New Age for about 7 years now and has been a trainer for the last 2 years

He has lived in Jamestown for most of his life. His parents still live in town and he also has 3 younger siblings

Some things Caiden likes to do outside of the gym are any outdoor activities, like fishing, hunting, playing sports with friends for fun, and biking and hiking! He also likes to hangout with friends, play cards, listen to music, and play video games.

Caiden primarily works with kids in school to help them prepare and work on bettering themselves for sports. He also does personal training with people of all ages and is trying to fill more time slots.

Meet our trainer!

Dawn Moran has been training at New Age for over 10 years now. She is married to Shane Moran from Jamestown, ND. Between the 2 of them they have 5 children and 1 grandson.

Dawn works with all different age groups from 12 years old to 70+. All training is adapted to meet individual needs. Dawn also works with people who have had surgeries or replacements, such as knee and hip, to regain strength and mobility.
