My only regret with pellet hormone therapy is that I didn’t start sooner. The difference in how I feel with it versus without it isn’t even comparable.

When it’s almost time for my next pellet, I can always tell. My joints and muscles start aching more, my energy dips… and suddenly even the sound of my husband breathing feels a little extra loud. That’s usually my cue to check the calendar — and sure enough, it’s time.

Once my levels are balanced again, I feel like myself — energized, patient, and clear-headed.
