This wreath holds the meaning behind The Red Thread.
Every ribbon tied here was added by someone who sat in one of our circles. Someone who showed up honestly, allowed themselves to be seen, or simply sat beside another human being and witnessed them exactly as they were.
Over time, it became more than a wreath. It became a reminder that our lives are constantly weaving into each other in ways we often don’t even realize.
The Red Thread is the invisible connection between people. The conversations that change us. The spaces that soften us. The people who help us feel safe enough to exhale, laugh, grieve, grow, or remember who we are underneath everything we’ve carried.
Sometimes healing comes through words. Sometimes it comes from realizing you are not alone in what you feel.
That matters.
In a world that teaches so many of us to disconnect from ourselves and from each other, The Red Thread is a reminder that connection itself can be healing.
We were never meant to do life alone.
Real talk: Who has been part of your red thread: someone whose presence changed your life simply by being in it?
