The work we do Together at these Retreats is Powerful & Passionate , In fact my heart is so involved in this work that I have come to realize that every individual just like plants can handle so much healing or energy work in one day
This has nothing to do with what they look like on the outside, but what they are used to on a regular basis.

We all do the Two daily meditations ,
Everything else is customized to the energy level of the individual . From Just starting to Experienced , to all in -between , I have had a variety .
Periodically Creating time in the day to enjoy Mother Nature and Relax as a group creates a feeling of flow for all to open and ground from the previous Meditation , Healing session or Coaching group
this breaks up our routine and creates joy and a High Vibe Environment that stays until after we go home. 🌈
