The response to this Yin + Chakra series has been so lovely, and I’m excited to open another round.

We begin July 8 and meet each Wednesday through August 19 from 6:30 to 7:30 PM at The Yoga Room. Each class includes a different chakra theme, slow yin shapes, and a crystal singing bowl sound bath to close.

If you’ve been curious about joining, I’d love to have you there.

This is Yin style yoga, slow floor based holds, gentle stretching, breath, and a short guided meditation each week. Very beginner friendly, very nervous system friendly.

Over 7 weeks we move through the chakras, grounding, creativity, confidence, heart, expression, intuition, and presence. You do not need to be flexible. You just need a body and a willingness to show up exactly as you are.

Wednesdays 6:30 to 7:30 pm, April 15 to May 27, at The Yoga Room at Paull Chiropractic.

Starting next Friday, January 30th, join Ella for a Mastering the Basics Hatha Yoga Series! Classes are Friday mornings at 8:45am here in the Yoga Room. There are 4 classes total and the cost is $12/class.
