Hi, I’m Jessica, and I’m so glad you’re here. Welcome to Whole-Being, a practice I created to support healing, movement, and self-connection in a way that feels personal, accessible, and deeply nurturing. What began as a small yoga studio and Reiki practice has grown into a holistic space where mind, body, and spirit are all honored.
Massage & Bodywork
I am a licensed massage therapist specializing in myofascial release, deep tissue therapy, and traditional Chinese medicine techniques. My focus is on helping clients relieve pain, ease restrictions, and restore greater freedom of movement. To support this, I integrate tools such as cupping and fire cupping, breathwork, guided meditation, aromatherapy with essential oils, and brainspotting—creating a layered approach that promotes release, relaxation, and whole-body healing.
Yoga
I share my love of yoga through themed series held around the Janesville area, designed to encourage teaching, learning, and embodiment of mind–body connection. Each series focuses on specific topics that guide students toward deeper awareness, balance, and integration.
Spiritual Practice
I am currently pursuing my doctorate in metaphysical sciences, and I bring this into my work as a spiritual guide and practitioner. My offerings may include energy work, reflective dialogue, and oracle card sessions—all intended to provide inspiration, affirmation, and empowerment along your path.
A Whole-Being Approach
Whether you are seeking focused bodywork or spiritually supportive guidance, each session can be tailored and blended to include any or all of these tools. My intention is to hold space for the **whole individual—mind, body, and spirit—**and to walk with you toward greater alignment, relief, and wholeness.
