If you have been feeling tight, stressed, “stuck,” or just craving a reset, this series is for you.
This is Yin style yoga, slow floor based holds, gentle stretching, breath, and a short guided meditation each week. Very beginner friendly, very nervous system friendly.
Over 7 weeks we move through the chakras, grounding, creativity, confidence, heart, expression, intuition, and presence. You do not need to be flexible. You just need a body and a willingness to show up exactly as you are.
