Celebrating Excellence at Whispering Creek!
Please join us in congratulating Nancy Westphal, who was named the Caregiver of the Year Award by Care Providers of Minnesota!

Last week Nancy was recognized at the statewide Care Providers convention for her extraordinary skill, compassion, and unwavering commitment to those she serves. After more than 45 years in senior care, Nancy continues to embody what it means to truly go above and beyond in caring for others.

Nancy doesn’t just support our residents but she also connects with them, understands them, and brings comfort, dignity, and joy into their lives each day. Whether she’s working six or seven days a week to ensure consistent care, riding her snowmobile through winter storms to help staff get to work safely, or dressing up as the Easter Bunny or Santa to bring smiles to our halls, Nancy leads with heart.

Her dedication, empathy, and creativity brighten every corner of Whispering Creek, and we couldn’t be more grateful to have her as part of our family.

Please join us in celebrating and thanking Nancy an incredible caregiver, colleague, and friend!

Come enjoy refreshments, fellowship, and memories as we honor our incredible journey together.

We’ll also be celebrating a very special achievement — Nancy Westphal, who has been named the 2025 Care Provides Minnesota Caregiver of the Year! 🌟
