**“Nothing exists without it being witnessed.”**
When I am the witnessing observer, what exists, exists in the light of the lens through which I observe it.
What is witnessed is created by me.
What exists for others is what is witnessed by them as they have created it.
I heard the **sentence** in quotes above listening to the podcast (found at the link) while vacuuming my living room just a few minutes ago. Immediately I started to receive a download of information that expanded on the concept. I turned off the vacuum to capture it.
In what ways do you receive downloads and inspiration information? ✨️
Additional thoughts:
As the message above continues to process within me I receive a vision of an eye doctor using different lenses, autorefractors, to determine which lens helps the patient to see most clearly.
Using that analogy, which lens have you found helps you to witness life from the clearest perspective?
There are many autorefractor lenses we can choose to see through at any given moment. Some of those include the autorefractor of the past, the autorefractor of what we want the future to look like, etc. The autorefractor I try to practice using is the lens of non-judgmental awareness, isness, allowing what I am seeing to be and accepting it without judgment. Life, on a daily basis, presents me with many opportunities to practice this. I consider its mastery (a lifelong practice) to be 20/20 vision in the present that allows space for the presence of 20/20 vision in all dimensions of time.
