Prime Rib at the clubhouse tonight. No Saturday night dinner is complete without Wisconsin favorites of a brandy old fashion or spotted cow to start. A complete meal of tossed salad, dinner rolls, prime rib, potato and to finish it off Creme Brûlée Cheesecake. Thank you to all the staff who helped serve. And all of the great residents who came out to spend thier Saturday night with us!

Happy Friday and everyone from Wisconsin knows that mean fish fry! Thank you to all the residents that joined us at the clubhouse tonight for our own beer battered fish. As always thank you to the dining service staff that help to make this happen. Especially thanks to my two favorite servers who also put a smile on everyone’s faces. Great job team!

Happy Memorial Day we appreciate all those who have served our great country! We served a great lunch today for all of our residents. Hamburger or Brat Patty on a bun, potato salad, baked beans, watermelon and a red white and blue dessert!

Happy Mother’s Day! As always it is such a pleasure to serve these great residents! Dining services as always prepared a wonderful meal. Stuffed chicken breast, rosemary red potatoes, asparagus w/ hollandaise sauce, strawberry mango salad and lemon layer cake.

Thank you everyone for joining us for our first Annual Garden Party.
We started with a green goddess soup, main entree was caprese salad , a summer fruit with a ginger lime dressing, chicken salad on croissant and mini quiche, dessert tier with strawberry lemonade cocktail and peach sangria. A big thank you to both the staff and the residents for dressing up and joining us!

Our favorite springtime tradition is when a certain Mallard hen makes a journey with her ducklings from our Memory Care courtyard, through the lobby, and to the pond for their first family swim. Photos by Kim Rebarchek.
