This training is tailored for youth-serving professionals and volunteers across various sectors including education, childcare, community services, faith-based groups, and the residential/justice system. It is open to all at no cost.

Creating safe and secure environments for youth and young adults helps them share their experiences and get the additional supports they may need. When there is so much distressing news - locally and nationally - on our TVs, phones, newspapers, it takes a toll on your mental health. Pay attention to and listen to your body. We often don't realize how much we are being affected. It's okay to walk away from the headlines to care for yourself!
