We want to send a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has donated to our emergency food pantry! Our team is so grateful for the generous response to our call for help! We will continue to collect items here at our office and at Hedberg Public Library. If you need donations picked up, please call us at 608-743-9828 to make arrangements. We do have refrigerators and freezers to store meat, butter, milk, eggs, cheese, frozen items, etc.

Again, thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!!!

As many of you know, due to the government shutdown, thousands will be without FoodShare benefits beginning November 1st until the shutdown is over. In response, NAMI Rock County is working to provide food for the community we serve. We are asking for your help to assist us in getting food on the table!

We are collecting food items, grocery gift cards, and monetary donations to shop and put meal kits together. The pantry is open, so we are ready to accept your generous contributions!

Please share this out with your friends, family, coworkers and others in your network. Or get your workplace involved for a group collection!

If you need to drop items off before or after the hours listed, please call us and we will accommodate. We are also able to come pick items up if you are unable to come to us.

When there is so much distressing news - locally and nationally - on our TVs, phones, newspapers, it takes a toll on your mental health. Pay attention to and listen to your body. We often don't realize how much we are being affected. It's okay to walk away from the headlines to care for yourself!

The NAMI HelpLine is also here as a source of peer support - to listen and connect you to available resources. Call 1-800-950-6264 (Mโ€“F, 10 a.m.โ€“10 p.m. ET).

If you or someone you know are experiencing a crisis, call or text 988 to connect with the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline.

September is Su***de Awareness Month. Talking about su***de isnโ€™t harmful โ€” silence is. One honest, caring conversation can save a life. Start a conversation. Be the difference.

If you or someone you know is struggling or in crisis, help is available. Call or text 988 or chat 988lifeline.org to reach the 988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline.
