Our medical weight loss program is different, and it should be.

Weight loss isn’t just about eating less and moving more. If it were, more people would succeed long-term.

At Revitalize Health & Wellness, we take a different approach:
• We look at hormones and metabolism, not just calories
• We provide medical guidance and monitoring, not guesswork
• We focus on sustainable results, not short-term fixes
• You have direct access to your provider, not a call center

Programs like GLP-1 therapy are powerful tools, but they work best when paired with proper evaluation, education, and ongoing support.

This isn’t about trends. It’s about doing it the right way.

If you’re ready for a different approach to weight loss, it starts with a conversation.

Low on energy?

It may not be what you think.

For many men, ongoing fatigue, brain fog, and lack of motivation are often written off as stress or just getting older.

But testosterone plays a key role in how your body produces and uses energy.

When levels are low, it can impact:
• Daily energy and stamina
• Mental clarity and focus
• Motivation and drive
• Muscle efficiency and metabolism

Testosterone replacement therapy, when properly evaluated and monitored, isn’t about extremes, it’s about restoring balance and helping you feel like yourself again.

If you’ve been feeling off and can’t quite explain why, it may be time to take a closer look.

Erectile dysfunction isn’t just about performance, it’s about health.

ED can be an early sign of underlying medical conditions, not just something to ignore or work around.

Common contributing factors include:
• Cardiovascular disease
• To***co use
• Low testosterone
• Alcohol overuse
• High cholesterol

In many cases, ED is one of the first indicators of vascular or hormonal imbalance.

The goal isn’t just to treat the symptom, it’s to understand why it’s happening and address the root cause.

If you’re experiencing changes, it’s worth having the conversation. Early evaluation can lead to better outcomes long term.

Testosterone is often reduced to energy, mood, and libido.

But it plays a much bigger role.

Emerging data continues to show its connection to metabolic health, including insulin sensitivity and body composition.

Low testosterone is often not the root problem.
It’s a reflection of what’s happening internally.
That’s why true optimization goes beyond a single lab value.

It’s about understanding the full system.

GLP-1 medications continue to be studied closely, and newer data is adding important nuance.

This study suggests weight loss with GLP-1s does not lead to disproportionate muscle loss.
But that doesn’t mean muscle loss isn’t occurring.

Any weight loss, especially in a calorie deficit, carries risk to lean mass if not properly supported.

That’s why I emphasize:
-adequate protein
-resistance training
-ongoing monitoring

The goal is not just weight loss.
It’s protecting long-term metabolic health.

This is what real data looks like.

The TRAVERSE trial, published in the New England Journal of Medicine, followed over 5,000 men and found no increased cardiovascular risk with testosterone therapy.

Yet many are still practicing and speaking from outdated information.

Hormone therapy isn’t dangerous when done correctly.

But it does require proper evaluation, dosing, and monitoring.

That’s where the difference is.

Because hormones aren’t just lab numbers, they’re connected to the whole person.

I’ve worked in primary care and emergency medicine. I’ve seen what happens when symptoms are dismissed, when visits are rushed, and when care becomes fragmented. I built this clinic to slow that down.

When you work with me, you receive:

• A thorough evaluation- not a quick prescription
• Education so you understand your options
• Lab interpretation alongside symptoms
• Individualized dosing and monitoring
• Direct provider access- no gatekeeping
• A focus on prevention and long-term health

Hormone therapy should never be trendy or transactional. It should be thoughtful, evidence-informed, and centered on your goals.

If you’re considering hormone optimization, choose a provider who listens, explains, and follows through.

Your health deserves that level of care.

03/12/2026

Hormone therapy should never be based on a single number.

When I evaluate someone for testosterone replacement, I’m not just looking at a total testosterone value. That number alone doesn’t tell the full story.

A proper evaluation also considers:
• Free testosterone – what your body can actually use
• S*x hormone binding globulin (SHBG) – which influences hormone availability
• Estradiol – important for balance and metabolic health
• Thyroid function – because thyroid disorders can mimic low testosterone symptoms
• Liver and kidney function – essential for safe metabolism and clearance of medications

Symptoms, labs, and overall health must all be considered together. That’s how hormone therapy becomes thoughtful, safe, and effective.

While this video focuses on men, the same principle applies to women: hormone care should always look at the whole picture, not just one lab value.

Take Control of Your Hormones Today

If you’ve been feeling off, low energy, poor sleep, brain fog, stubborn weight gain, low drive, it may not be “just stress” or “just aging.”

Hormones influence nearly every system in your body. When they’re balanced, you feel clear, strong, and steady. When they’re not, everything feels harder.

You don’t have to wait until things get worse. You don’t have to settle for feeling less than your best.

Start with a conversation. Start with testing. Start with a plan.

Take control of your hormones, and take back how you feel.

Estrogen is often called the “female hormone,” but it’s much more than that. It plays a critical role in multiple systems throughout the body.

Estrogen supports:

• Brain function and mood stability
• Sleep quality
• Bone density
• Skin elasticity and collagen
• Vaginal and urinary health
• Cardiovascular protection
• Temperature regulation

As women enter perimenopause and menopause, estrogen levels fluctuate and eventually decline. This can lead to symptoms like:

• Hot flashes and night sweats
• Mood changes or anxiety
• Brain fog
• Vaginal dryness
• Joint aches
• Sleep disruption

It’s important to understand that symptoms vary widely. No two women experience hormone changes the same way.

Estrogen therapy, when appropriate and properly monitored, can significantly improve quality of life. The key is individualized care based on symptoms, labs, medical history, and risk profile.

Menopause is a transition. It should not mean suffering in silence.
