BEST WISHES 💛 Join us for Amelia’s last official scheduled class at the studio!

After nearly four years, Amelia will be leaving Flow & Co, and the Midwest, for a new adventure! Her sweet and caring nature, experienced wisdom and grounded, but unique, approach to classes will all be deeply missed 🙏 But we are also wishing her all the best as she dives into a new chapter abroad!

We invite you to attend Amelia’s final “Flow Renew” class, followed by some relaxed studio social time 🎉 You are welcome to attend class and stick around with Amelia, or stop by afterwards to give your well wishes (doors will open for the social directly after class at about 11a).
