FLOW PRO 🌟 Say hello to our good friend Janet! Attending classes at the studio since October of 2022, she’s a familiar face that we love to see on a weekly basis, always with a friendly smile. Janet shared a bit of her story with us:

“One of the many things that keeps me coming back is the variety of classes and instructors. Every single class I’ve taken challenges me in different ways and I am grateful for being able to attend different classes and instructors.”

Janet’s advice to newcomers is simple 👉 “The environment is extremely welcoming to all skill levels. Smaller size and flexible times make it possible to attend regularly, even with a busy schedule. I feel very comfortable, every staff member is and kind!”
