We’re so excited to offer this Worry Stone workshop alongside Heather with !

September 15th join us in our new space from 5-6pm to create 5 worry stones! Heather with Pottery by Five will be teaching the demonstration and glazing the worry stones for participants to pick up after the workshop date.

All ages are welcome, but participants under the age of 12 must have an adult accompany them to help assist. 12+ are welcome to participate independently.

$12/participant (adults accompanying their child are free but won’t be creating their own worry stones unless they register themselves as a participant).

We’d like to thank Harmony in our office for hosting our children’s play group this summer! It concluded yesterday and it was a wonderful experience to be able to offer this time & event to families.

Join us for our next workshop: creating worry stones with Heather at Pottery By Five! Each participant will create 5 unique worry stones from 5-6pm. Worry stones will be fired & glazed by Heather and returned to the office for pick up once completed. All ages welcome!

Tomorrow Sophie is hosting our very first yoga class for our therapists as well as other healers & wellness professionals in the local area 🤍

To our group tomorrow - we are so excited to be hosting this and to have Sophie on our team. We’ve discovered in setting up for this event that we may be a little squeezed in tomorrow BUT there will be food so.. it’s worth it right 😂

It’s truly an honor to be able to have a space & team dedicated to providing mindfulness and somatic healing to those in the community. Beginning Monday, we will have booking available for individuals who want to work 1:1 with Sophie, or booking available for small group workshops.

These 3 wonderful therapists all have immediate openings!

Allison is in our Janesville office and works with children 5 and older utilizing play based therapy and creative expression. She also sees teens & adults for concerns relating to anxiety, life changes & depression.

Brielle is located in our east Troy office and also sees clients virtually! She specializes in working with college students and also has a special interest in perinatal/postpartum mental health. She is also trained in Brainspotting.

Samantha is in our Janesville office and also available virtually! She is a substance abuse counselor and also trained in EMDR. She specializes in working with those struggling with substance use, trauma histories and generalized anxiety & depression.

The School District of Janesville (SDJ) and the City of Janesville, WI Transit System (JTS) created a partnership program that allows all SDJ middle and high school students free access to the JTS bus system.

Students can ride any in-city JTS bus at any time for free by identifying themselves as an SDJ student. SDJ students can ride JTS to and from school and use the bus system outside of school hours to travel to work, the library or other local businesses. This partnership allows students to use all JTS bus routes including the Beloit/Janesville Express (BJE) which includes rides to Rockvale Mobile Home Park and Blackhawk Technical College (BTC). Please note this partnership does not provide rides to Beloit; students riding fare-free must exit at or before BTC.

Students must show their student ID as they board the bus to take advantage of this opportunity. While some middle and high school students might not have their 2025-26 student ID cards right away, they can still take advantage of the free-ride program by telling the bus driver which school they attend. SDJ expects to distribute 2025-2026 IDs by Nov. 1, 2025. Upon receiving confirmation that IDs are distributed, JTS will require all students wishing to ride for free to present a valid 2025-2026 ID upon boarding the bus. Students may show their electronic App ID or a physical ID card with the correct academic year and school insignia.

This partnership is primarily designed for middle and high school students, although some elementary students might be eligible on a case-by-case basis. This program replaces the discounted semester bus pass and Youth Token Program that had been in place in prior years.
