Several departments at Mercyhealth Hospital and Trauma Center–Janesville recently teamed up for a multi-department simulation to strengthen collaboration and patient care. 💙

Our obstetrics team, alongside staff from the emergency room, intensive care unit, nursing services, and special care unit, practiced a real-life scenario with one of our nurses as the patient actor.

This hands-on training ensures our teams are always prepared to deliver the best care possible to our patients when they need it most!
