Do ever feel like kids are too fast for pictures? We couldn't keep up with the Walworth county kids today at Lakeland Park in Lake Geneva. Miss. Jess's nephews met us there and we had a fun time before the cold hits tomorrow!

We had such a fun Friday! Our local library began hosting Sensational Story time again, its a special circle time designed with our kids in mind. We cannot thank them enough for thinking about us. Then we headed over to SPACE Autastic, Inc to burn off some energy and work on UNstructured peer play (because its play after all). One friend cut out a little early to catch a session at Marigold Speech & Co. How amazing it is to belong to a community that lifts all children up ♡

We've been sitting on a little secret this week and its time to let you know! We have a new BCBA!!!! Jacquelyn Janaky has joined our Walworth county team. Jacque, Kelly and I worked together a long time ago and now she's back! Since then, Jacque has earned her BCBA and obtained experience in a school setting as well as with a clinic based provider. So if you've been counting, yes that makes 4 BCBAs on the Down to Earth team!! We can't help that we attract positive, talented, driven, like-minded clinicians 💁‍♀️💃. Yay Jacque and yay us!!!

Down to Earth just became members of the Do Better Collective! We are so excited to be part of this online community of ABA providers that are striving to do better every single day! Our behavioral technician onboarding will now include trainings from the Do Better Collective and our continuing education credits for BCBAs and RBTs will be earned through this community. 2026 is looking even better 😍

Did you know that ABA providers cannot accept gifts (or give gifts) with monetary value from their clients? This is defined by our ethics code as any item worth more than 10 US dollars. (We can accept words of praise, pats on the back, a handmade card, etc) So, while we love you all dearly, please know our refusal isn't rude, its ethical. So let's not make it weird, give your kiddos a little extra love, and let's be honest, you know our staff will love setting up and playing with all those new toys 12/26!
