Back from our trip to Scotland! What a beautiful country! We had such a wonderful blend of big city life in Edinburgh to the highlands of Portree and the outdoorsmen play area of Inverness. Completely made possible by the countless hours of research by my wife! The locals are “Midwest nice”, “no worries” to everything. Turns out, I love Haggis! Such a breath of fresh air. Can’t wait for the next adventure!

One of my favorite items at the office this year ! A grounding mat provides many health benefits .

Grounding, or "Earthing," is the practice of physically connecting with the Earth's energy, much like plugging into a universal source of vitality. By walking barefoot on grass or soil, you can absorb the Earth's mild negative charge, rebalancing your body's bioelectrical systems.

Not practical in the winter to walk on bare ground so thi is a great option . Secondary benefit is that it can discharge static electricity! I use one at my desk and one at the foot of my bed.

Dreams can be crazy weird but also insightful at times. A recent one had me at a confessional at some type of 'meeting'. Thinking about the meaning behind my dream, it was about life.

Life is not living without 'something'! That something can be hope, dreams, experiences, human connections, etc. Without the something in our life we are just existing! The message is to go live! Make it a good day!
