For all of the Yin Yoga lovers, I now offer a class at St. John's Lutheran Church in Janesville. It is at 302 Parker Drive at 9 am - 10 am on Wednesday's! The cost is $5

Hi everyone,

I have some good news!!!! Starting tomorrow, I'm, once again, offering classes at the Janesville Senior Center! The class times are Tuesdays (10:30 am - 11:30 am) & Fridays (9:30 am - 10:30 am)

My Zoom Virtual classes (10 am - 11 am) will continue on Mondays. Please note, the Covid situation may affect class offerings. I'll do my best to keep everyone informed!

Yoga Alliance (www.yogaalliance.org) is strongly recommending, for communities where social distancing has become required, recommended, or the community norm, that all in-person yoga instruction be canceled until the need for social distancing has passed, at which time we can evaluate the safety of resuming regular or modified practice schedules.

For this reason, It is with deep regret! I have made the decision to cancel all my classes till further notice! The Coronavirus has altered day-to-day Yoga business.

I appreciate everyone's patience & understanding!
