It's National Make a Difference to a Child Month. The month raises awareness about the vulnerability any child in the world can face if they do not have the supportive guidance in their lives. Children, being pure of heart and still lacking experience about life, need guidance to choose the right paths. Often times such guiding figures can be parents, teachers, or other types of guardians. A study shows that children are more likely to achieve higher goals if they have mentors in their lives. At Jackson-Feild we believe in our kids and their futures!

There are many people that need emotional support. Life's challenges can be difficult. The National 988 Su***de and Crisis Line offers trained and caring crisis counselors to offer help for those who are struggling. There is also support for people who have concerns for others. April is Child Abuse Prevention month. Over 700,000 children are bullied, sexually, physically, verbally abused and neglected annually. At Jackson-Feild we provide treatment for children who are the victims of these lifelong wounds to improve their lives. If you know of anyone who is a victim of child abuse or neglect, reach out to Child Protective Services at (800) 552-7096 or your local Department of Social Services.
