*****We are hiring *** Full or Part time Care Partner position *** Primarily looking for night shift 11:00pm-7:00am
At Water Oak Villa, we are dedicated to providing compassionate care and support to individuals and families in our community. Our team is made up of friendly, smiling faces who are committed to making a positive impact in the lives of those we serve.
**As a care partner, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. You will provide personal care, support daily living activities, and ensure a safe and nurturing environment.
**Responsibilities**
Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a caring and supportive relationship.
Monitor residents' health and wellbeing, reporting any changes to the RN Care Coordinator.
** Qualifications**
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a caregiving or healthcare role is preferred
Compassionate and patient demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus
