Young Yoga

I am currently on a one month sabbatical from teaching as my Yoga Hut & I BOTH get a little "reboot".

As you can see, my yoga hut is looking marvelous :-)

My journey is more internal, but also involves shaking off some lazy physical habits to rekindle the best version of myself.... physically, mentally and spiritually.

Working on Dancer pose this morning. I crazy-love this pose. Note how the pose changes when you go from the shoulder girdle in a low position to an extended shoulder (hands over the head). Simply gorgeous!

I love teaching virtual yoga-- but nothing is sweeter than when one of my virtual students comes to Forever Young and we are able to practice in person.

My student Carlee was here for 5 days/nights allowing us to have a mini-yoga retreat and do all kinds of cool stuff---- e.g cutting a trail through the woods, landscaping St. Francis, & building stairs and a deck on the bath house with Kev.

Evening hot tubs and early to bed had us: crash early, wake up --repeat. These pics of her doing Half Moon and parsvakonasa are almost as gorgeous as Carlee's sweet spirit.

Two of my virtual yoga students are visiting Forever Young this week.

We had an in-person couples class yesterday….. ohhh I am so proud!

Wall work: Rob’s axial extension on a side angle pose and Steph’s half moon make me over the moon with joy!
