Service Highlight: Deep Tissue Massage 💪🏼

A deep tissue massage can help with a range of issues, including pain relief, soft tissue injury recovery, posture improvement, headache relief, and so much more! This modality is also great for chronic pain and stiffness. Although it’s often known as the “hurts so good” type of massage, I can adjust the pressure to be lighter if needed. I usually recommend booking a deep tissue session biweekly or monthly, depending on what your goals are.

Deep tissue is available in 30, 60, or 90 minute sessions. As always, I’m available with any questions you may have!
