For many years, I’ve committed to investing in sacred ‘retreats’ as a way to step out of the noise and distractions so prevalent in modern life and to connect more deeply with nature, presence and the whispers of my Soul.

The retreats connect me with other amazing people who feel called to do the same. 🙏

Retreats offer us the spaciousness to check in with ourselves, to reflect on the path we are walking and to release what no longer serves with our thoughts, patterns, perspectives and relationships.

The Retreat connecting with horses in Costa Rica was extraordinary!

How incredible to see these majestic beings connecting deeply with us and each other while teaching powerful lessons around being fully present and mindful in each moment. They truly are Zen Masters. 😇

They continually guided us back to awareness around what we were thinking and feeling in every moment because they not only feel what we do but amplified many times over.

So many insights…I felt so much love, presence and joy while basking in the beauty of the rain forest nestled in the countryside with three volcanoes in the distance.

We have so much to learn from nature about balance, harmony with ourselves and others, true leadership and how to be in our power without exerting dominance over others.

I look forward to returning for future retreats! 💙
