Saturday Spotlight Time!

Congratulations to .denbo.fit on her success at the last weekend!

She initially came to me as a lifestyle client, with a goal to eventually get on stage one day. A year and 2 months later- she did it! Not only did she get up there, she walked away with some medals!

Saturday Spotlight Time!

Congratulations to on her success at the last weekend!

This was Laine’s second time competing after a hot minute away from the stage. She came at this one with more experience, more grit, and graceful posing that anyone in the bodybuilding world would covet.

It’s easy to get caught up in crash diets, extreme workout plans, or 30-day transformations—but if what you’re doing isn’t something you can realistically maintain, the progress won’t last.

For those who don’t know, it’s a 4 day street fest that we hold annually in our small German community. There are tons of fun food and drink options!
