Wellness Wednesday with
“Backup Plans” are one of the simplest ways to stay consistent with habits and goals.
If an obstacle comes up, then I already know how I’ll respond.
Example:
“If I feel too tired to work out after work, then I’ll do a 10-minute walk instead of skipping movement entirely.”
“If my dinner plans change and there aren’t healthy options available, then I’ll order the most plain version of protein and vegetables.”
Backup plans reduce decision fatigue and make follow-through easier — especially during stressful weeks.
Think about your biggest challenge when it comes to consistency and develop a go-to backup plan!
