We are playing catch up again, so help us congratulate our February & March Employees of the Month: Shaylea Pyles for February and Kendrick Adams for March!
Shaylea came to work for us in August of 2025 as a student nurse aide working on night shift. She got her certification by October and moved to a day shift position when one became available. She was nominated for EOTM by one of the resident's family members. This gentleman submitted a very lovely letter praising Shay for her "outstanding compassion, relentless cheerfulness, and attentive care"
Kendrick has been a Floor Tech for us for almost a year and a half. Among keeping the floors shiny Ken will help wherever he can. If there's a call in or a department is short-handed then he will jump in without a hesitation. If there's heavy lifting to be done we know we can count on him. He may be shy and quiet but you can always get a big smile out of him.
Thank you Shay and Ken for all your hardwork!!! We appreciate you!!!

Happy Administrators week Dawn!! Your staff and residents are so grateful for the love and hard work you pour into Rayburn Healthcare. We showered her with flowers Monday. Tonya from Harbor Hospice fed us homemade chicken enchiladas and queso on Tuesday. Jamie with Olive Branch Hospice brought us breakfast from Big Momma’s Wednesday. Jennifer from Gentiva set up a farmers market theme lunch on Thursday. Thank you to everyone who helped celebrated the Best Administrator EVER!!!

Due to all the hustle and bustle from the holidays we are a little behind on announcing our Employees of the Month so let's get caught up now and congratulate our December Employee of the Month April Segeada and our January Employee of the Month Brittany Cooper! April has worked for Rayburn Healthcare for over 2 years as a CNA. April is always willing to help wherever she's needed whether it's covering an extra shift, driving our transport van, or dressing up as The Grinch at Christmas for our residents! Brittany has worked in our Housekeeping/Laundry departments for almost a year now and has showed her desire to work hard and do the best job she can from the day she got hired on. She is the best at making our facility look nice and always greets you with the sweetest smile. Thank you ladies for everything you do! We appreciate you!!
