Alright FP and surrounding ahletes this would be a great time to train and condition for your other sports if XC isn’t really your thing. Cross training is underestimated these days. You won’t find better and more supportive group of Coaches than the FP XC crew.

🚁🚑🚒 Come out and join us at Cedar Crest for a night of movement, excitement, and great food!! We’re so excited to host our first Dine and Dash on Friday, April 4th!! This is open to all of Ranger Nation and the public! Bring your families, support our local food trucks and have a night of family fun! Emergency vehicles, including Air Evac will be present (as their schedules allow). A map of the evenings activities are posted in the comments! 🤩

⭐️ 6pm: Event Kick-Off AirEvac will land on CCI field and we will have several emergency vehicles for families to check out throughout the evening in honor of Safety Month!

⭐️6:15pm: Family Trail Fun Run on CCI XC Course. We will also have a pavement course that will be stroller friendly! Let’s get moving together! (Course Maps Provided) 🏃🏻‍♀️‍➡️🏃🏾🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏼‍♂️

⭐️Finish the evening with delicious food from local food trucks : Agaves, Calorita, Wood Capital Pizza, Bursting with Love, Madi’s Main Squeeze and more in Food Truck Alley. (Cash or Card Accepted 💵💳)

⭐️We will also have fun yard games for families to play!
