Cannabidoil oil is known as CBD, and is a compound found in the h**p plant. CBD is part of a group of compounds known as cannabinoids. H**p has an abundance of CBD with relatively low traces of THC, so there is no possibility of becoming “high.” Therefore, CBD, is legal.
The use of cannabidiol oil is giving relief to thousands of people from anxiety, depression, and many other problems. Pain relief is one of its biggest uses. I started using CBD for this reason and as I continue with a daily dose, I am recognizing other benefits as well.
It’s not easy living with pain. Whether you suffer from muscle spasms, chronic pain, arthritis or another form of pain, finding a solution to help deal with that pain can mean the difference between a pleasant day where you can function well, to a nightmare of a day that you can’t wait to end.
When starting out, it may be that the first few doses of CBD do not seem to be working. CBD needs a little time to accumulate, as though you are priming a pump. which is a good indicator that CBD is working within our own cannabinoid system. Don’t give up. Just like vitamins, our body needs time to balance the nutrients we give it.
Our body has its own Endocannabinoid System (ECS) and is responsible for the regulation and maintenance of various functions such as our immune system responses, our sleep regulation, and pain regulation. The ECS produces its own natural cannabinoids and using CBD oil it further boosts the functions of our Endocannabinoid System (ECS). When providing these exogenous cannabinoids in the form of CBD, this powerful links with our body’s ECS. With its own specific receptors, that have a strong reaction to cannabinoids. The CBD ingested from a CBD product such as h**p oil, attaches to our receptors and produce pain-killing and anti-inflammatory effects. This helps to relax the immune system, which becomes overactive in response to pain.
Therefore, CBD induces a soothing and calming effect on the body and promotes relaxation. Studies have shown that CBD has the potential to treat chronic pain that is caused by more serious conditions like Multiple Sclerosis or cancer. It is important to note that the pain of the conditions might be relieved, but CBD is in no way a cure.
It is the responsibility of each of us to use our knowledge and our wisdom to care for our body. We must carry out the tasks necessary to stay healthy. If we have not done so, and now ailments have weakened our system, we need to start a new daily regime. CBD could be a part of that routine, as well as a good diet that reduces inflammation, physical strengthening through walking or other exercise, meditation and communication to strengthen our relationship with God and others, and lastly, avoiding the activities that have created the problems in the first place. Although pain began long ago, I am finally avoiding the cause of the syndrome, hiring assistants to do the work that creates the deep pain in my neck and back.
Recently I wrote a post about sleep and CBD. My personal struggle with sleep has followed me all my life. I have a high metabolism that can cause me to lose several night’s sleep. I experienced sleeplessness while taking CBD, if it was taken after 1pm or 2pm in the afternoon. I was taking CBD as needed for pain but not every day. Recently I began taking my CBD dose every day, and it seems that this is the balancing my system was needing. By establishing a regular dosage every day, it is helping me to feel better with no more sleeplessness nights.
