❌Recall Alert: The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is issuing a public health alert for frozen product labeled as pork and beef tortellini due to misbranding and undeclared allergens. The frozen product labeled as pork and beef tortellini may actually contain pork and beef toasted ravioli, which contains soy and sesame, known allergens, which are not declared on the product label.

IU Health's Mobile Lung Screening unit is at the Dubois County Health Department today until 4:00PM!

If you are a current or former smoker between the ages of 50 and 77, you may qualify for a screening for lung cancer. A screening consists of a low-dose CT scan and is quick, easy, and noninvasive. Walk-ins are welcome!
