It’s time for a little Galentine’s glow-up 💕✨ Lia Beth is hosting a Hot Girls Pilates Galentine’s Party and YOU are invited — single, married, member, non-member… this is for all the girls.

We’re kicking things off Friday evening with a fun, feel-good Pilates class followed by wine, cheese, and crackers 🧀🍷 Then join us again Saturday morning for another class and a cute little social with mimosas and fresh fruit 🍊🥂 (We’ll also have sparkling grape juice and virgin mimosas for our under-21 girls or anyone who prefers non-alcoholic 💖). Strong bodies, good vibes, and quality girl time? Yes please.

Our studio operates remotely now! (Classes are still instructor lead)

Users can do everything from our app from membership registration, facility bookings, and class sign-ups.

How to get started:

Download our app: GLOFOX

enter "jasper wellness and recovery" in the search bar when asked to "find your studio" (search by name not by city*)

complete the registration process

once registered, we can manually assign you a couple class credits to try it out for free your first time (we have to manually add these so please allow at least a business day for credits to appear. If you need them sooner feel free to send us a DM and we will take care of you)

users can purchase class credits or memberships by navigating to the "memberships" tab at the bottom of the app screen.

once you have credits or a membership, you can book classes or recovery modalities through the "timetable" tab. (sauna and redlight bookings available in the facilities tab/ Pilates and cycling class booking available in the classes tab)

we have promo codes for the following discounts on unlimited memberships:

Military service members, veterans, and first responders (police, fire, nursing, emt/ paramedic, ect) can get 20% off each full reoccurring payment using code SERVICE20

Teachers and students can get 15% off each full reoccurring payment using code SCHOOL15

none of those apply to you? That's ok! All new members can get 20% off their FIRST FULL reoccurring payment on any membership using promo code NEW20 (look for seasonal promotions first!)

Hey everyone! 🎄✨

As we head into the holiday season, we wanted to take a moment to share our upcoming schedule and a few exciting updates as we prepare for the new year.
We will be closed December 24th through January 4th for Christmas and New Year’s, and we’ll reopen on January 5th.

This past year has been such a blessing, and we’re incredibly grateful for each of you. We can’t wait to come back rested, refreshed, and energized—ready to help you kick off 2026 strong and continue working toward your health and fitness goals. Enjoy this time to rest, recharge, and make memories with friends and family, and let’s fill those classes back up in January! 💪🎉

We also have a few changes to share as we move into the new year:

• We will be closing our wellness studio on the highway, but don’t worry—our sauna and red light therapy services will continue downtown, conveniently located alongside our classes. We’re excited to introduce brand-new, private spaces for these services!

• Our downtown location will transition to being fully remote-operated (outside of classes), which means we will be discontinuing our hands-on professional services. We truly appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

• Lia Beth will continue offering her head spa services at her new location, Elle Luxe. We are so proud of her and hope you’ll continue to support her on this next chapter!

Hey everyone!

We wanted to share an update to our class booking policy. From now until January, all classes will need to be booked at least one hour before the class start time.
As we move through the slower season, this helps us ensure that our instructors—who are all bi-vocational and maintain full-time careers outside of teaching—aren’t coming in on days when no one is booked. It also prevents any last-minute bookings from arriving to a class without an instructor present.

We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to get those bookings in early so you can join us for some amazing classes! We’ll return to our regular booking window once we’re back in the busy season.

Great News! We will have a new Pilates class in the evenings offered on Thursdays at 630pm. Not only can you ride with .willingham on Tuesdays but now you can let her take you through a Pilates mat routine on Thursday evenings! Come give us a try and bring a friend. First class is free just register through our app GLOFOX. Reminder that our classes are now at our downtown studio at the chapel on 4th. See yall there!
