Brady will have responsibility for ensuring product and supplier quality through advanced quality planning tools and collaboration with internal teams and suppliers. He will lead quality issue resolution, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives while providing training and support. Additionally, he will conduct audits, supplier assessments, and contribute to maintaining the Kimball Quality Management System, while supporting safety, environmental efforts, and continuous improvement projects aligned with company value.
