We are pleased to announce the addition of Sara Barg to the Kimball Hospitality Team. Sara has accepted the position of Director Architecture and Design – Hospitality and will have responsibility for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to enhance Kimball Hospitality’s visibility and strengthen its brand presence within the architecture and design community.

Sara joins us with experience spanning interior design, hospitality, and A&D community engagement. Her career in design began at Botti Studio of Architectural Art in Evanston. Most recently she served as an A&D subject matter expert at Material Bank, connecting brands and materials to the architecture and design community and leading strategy around custom and bespoke product sampling. Prior to that she built and scaled multiple hospitality and experiential businesses from the ground up in and around Chicago's Fulton Market neighborhood. She earned a BFA in Interior Design.

Joan will have responsibility for overseeing the creation of strategic design solutions that blend functionality, aesthetics, and competitive positioning, while leading a team that actively supports and drives revenue growth.

Joan joins us with experience that includes years on the manufacturing side focused on design, training, product development, design software management and sales. In the office furniture industry she has worked in the dealer environment and as an end user in facilities.
