Wow wow wow—your love for these sound baths has been incredible! The last few gatherings at the Hampton have sold out, and I’m so grateful for this beautiful, growing community, taking time out of your schedule to pause is inspiring!

To make sure everyone can fully relax, stretch out, and soak in the sound in comfort, this next sound bath will be advance sign-up only. The space comfortably holds 20 people, allowing for a more intimate, grounded, and nourishing experience for everyone.
