Our Built to Move: Parkinson’s Fitness class is designed to help individuals with Parkinson’s improve strength, balance, mobility, coordination, and confidence in a fun and supportive environment!

This one-hour class includes:

⚖️ Functional Balance Training
🥁 Cardio Drumming
🧠 Dual Task Challenges
💪 Empowering movement and community support

Whether you’re newly diagnosed or have been living with Parkinson’s for years, this class is built to meet you where you are and help you keep moving forward.

We were honored to participate in the Parkinson Foundation’s Living Well Conference and share the importance of movement, exercise, and staying active for individuals living with Parkinson’s disease.

Eric Horton, DPT, led an exercise demonstration focused on safe, functional movements designed to improve strength, balance, mobility, and confidence. It was a great opportunity to connect with the community, provide education, and encourage people to keep moving toward better health and independence.

At Allstar Therapies, we’re passionate about helping individuals with Parkinson’s live well through specialized therapy, fitness, and wellness programs — both in the community and right in the comfort of home. 💙

Unfortunately, we have made the decision to cancel the Cardio Drumming class at Westmoreland Mall due to low enrollment.

We appreciate everyone who showed interest and support for the class. We hope to bring more fitness opportunities to the community in the future and would love to see you at one of our other classes or programs!
