You’ve probably seen our drumming classes by now, but did you know we offer group fitness and wellness classes of all kinds at many locations? This video is from one of our group classes in Ohio, and it’s a great example of what we do best.

Our classes are designed to keep you strong, supported, and healthy, no matter where you’re starting from. We always meet people where they are and tailor each experience to the group in front of us.

We have some new offerings coming up, and you can find select classes already scheduled under our Events. Be sure to connect with us and stay in the loop on upcoming group classes and wellness events.
