Ever feel like you’re doing “all the right things” but still feel sluggish or foggy? 🧠🔋 It might be your MTHFR gene.

MTHFR stands for Methylenetetrahydrofolate Reductase. It’s an enzyme that acts as a master switch for Methylation—the process your body uses to detoxify, produce energy, and balance your mood.

If you have an MTHFR variant (which up to 50% of people do!), your “switch” might be turned down. This means your body struggles to convert synthetic Folic Acid into the active Folate it actually needs.

Common signs of a methylation struggle:
✅ Persistent fatigue
✅ Brain fog or “mood swings”
✅ Difficulty detoxing
✅ Elevated homocysteine levels

The Good News: Your genes are not your destiny! 🧬 You can support your MTHFR enzyme by:
1️⃣ Swapping synthetic “Folic Acid” for active 5-MTHF (Methylfolate).
2️⃣ Eating more leafy greens, lentils, and avocados.
3️⃣ Reducing your toxic load (cleaner products = less work for your liver).
