Men’s Mental Health Matters

Too often, men are told to "man up" or stay silent about their struggles. But YOURE ALLOWED to face/feel your emotions and ask for support when you need it.

Whether it's stress, anxiety, depression, or trauma — your feelings are valid. Talking about mental health isn’t a sign of weakness; it’s a step toward healing and growth.

Take care of your mind like you would your body.

Talk to someone you trust.

Reach out to a therapist.

Prioritize rest, connection, exercise, sleep, and self-care.

Your mental health matters. YOU MATTER.
