💫 Speaker Spotlight: Dr. Jennifer Allen, MD

Founder, Physician, Advocate, Survivor

From RN to Nurse Practitioner to physician and entrepreneur, Dr. Jennifer Allen has walked nearly every path in healthcare—and now she leads others toward a future of reversed chronic disease and true healing.

In 2017, she founded New Freedom Family Medicine, a direct primary care practice that now serves communities in Hermann, Washington, and O’Fallon, MO. Her mission? Root cause care. Real relationships. And a future where health—not illness—is the goal.

As a wife, mom, grandma, and breast cancer survivor, Dr. Allen brings not just expertise—but deep empathy. Her recent diagnosis has given her a new perspective on what it means to be a patient—and a renewed calling to be present for every person she serves.

Join Dr. Allen at the Midwest Obesity Symposium this September in Hermann, MO, where she’ll co-lead Breakfast Rx: Cooking with a Doc—a hands-on session blending nutrition, conversation, and compassionate care.

🩺 Come hear her story.
