Desperate for Dental Reconstruction Work Over the past 3 years I have lost almost all of my teeth and I don't recognize myself in the mirror anymore.

I don't have enough money to afford the amount of work that is required. I don't have enough bone mass in my face to be able to pull my teeth and it not leave holes in my sinuses. I have continuous abcesses in my face from the broken teeth. I have pieces of teeth that I spit out every time I brush the few I have left. I went to Aspen dental and after a year and a half trying to get them to treat me they released themselves of any obligation. I then went to the dental school in Nashville who advertised everything I needed done at an affordable price and after breaking my dentures, they outsourced me to a periodontist who wanted 30k upfront.
