Happy Thanksgiving from my family to yours!

There’s a lot to be thankful for not just today but everyday.

I’m thankful for my clients, truly some of the best people you’d ever meet. I don’t think I have one stressful day at work anymore if it weren’t for them. 😂❤️

Hey all! Christmas season is coming upon us soon and there are many families within our community who are in need of help providing their children with gifts.

I am currently in contact with a couple families to sponsor them.

Just returned from Phoenix, AZ yesterday and experienced a massage from Inspire! An elevated experience where they offered drinks and snacks (my favorite) before the massage!

As I travel, I try to learn from anyone I’m not familiar with. No massage therapist is the same, we all have our own flavors! It’s a benefit to not only get the bodywork but also the opportunity to enhance my technique in tandem. ❤️

Happy Saturday! I am officially building more on my Thai modality. Which I’m very excited about!

Thai is an assisted yoga stretching session that is a fully clothed experience. It’s amazing for those of us with extremely tight muscles. If you’ve ever wondered what Thai is, I encourage you to try it out with not just me, but anybody!

I am leveling up my Thai experience and can’t wait to share what I’m learning!
