I rode 48miles to Herman, MO on Friday for a little bit of massage education and I’m POOPED! I’m not in shape enough to ride all the way back though, so this morning we took our bicycles on the Amtrak back to JCMO.
I am proud of myself for conquering this challenge, and this is just the start 💪 Let’s get and stay active, friends!

I got a lovely reflexology massage from April at Massage for Your Health and I was so relaxed I didn’t take any pictures of her space 🙄 I have a couple of ideas for changes to make in my office, though, so yay!

Here is a photo dump of our lovely visit, but I’m ready to get back to work this week! See you soon!
