This woman changed so many lives for the better. She would never accept credit, but she pushed and pushed me to leave my day job and become my own boss. Through Wilson’s Yoga Studio (then The Yoga Studio) gave me a place to do that and a community to thrive in. She was one of my absolute favorite stage partners and she was a fierce friend. Loyal and strong and supportive. I’m deeply heartbroken and yet I am immensely grateful that I got to be close enough with her to feel this way. Miss you forever, Megan.

Waiting for my first client of the day 🥰
I start my Tuesdays later so I have a morning during the work week to run errands or catch up on laundry for the week (or just sleep in if I haven’t had a break in a while). That being said, I am in the process of planning a little bit of a schedule readjustment so earlier Tuesday appointments may become available in the new year. Yay!

My monthly, candle subscription is by far one of the best things I’ve done for myself. While we don’t leave candles burning in the office during our massage appointments, I will burn them on my longer breaks and during my non-massaging office hours to hopefully soak some of that cozy scent into the furniture to enjoy later.
